With a 1Password membership, you can access all your passwords and other items from any of your devices, whether you’re online or offline. Apple also released a dedicated iCloud Keychain password manager tool for Windows recently.ġPassword is certainly a more mature and platform-agnostic password manager, however, so we shouldn’t expect iCloud Keychain to take on Psst! anytime soon. iCloud Keychain users no longer need to use a third-party service for generating 2FA codes which is a huge relief. Password Secure Sharing Tool isn’t as robust for sharing collections of passwords, but the new tool sounds compelling for granting someone access to your Netflix or Amazon password as a one-off event without being totally insecure.Īpple has recently beefed up its own password management tools with iCloud Keychain in iOS 15.
